The electrode membrane will be selected and optimized to work with the growth techniques and the catalysts materials developed in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msca-dn-ecomates.eu\/wp1\/\">WP1<\/a>. We will develop novel 3D GDEs with optimal mass transport, improved selectivity and stability for CO<sub>2<\/sub> electroreduction by employing advanced deposition methods and electrode architectures. GDEs will be implemented in MEAs and improve the preparation process for minimizing polarization losses with the assistance of modelling.
